Resources
The following list of resources is comprised of things that I either currently use or have used in the past and strongly recommend. I will be honest and tell you that some (but not all) of these I will make a little money if you decide to use them, however, all of them are products or services that I would stake my reputation on – I’ve gotten tremendous benefit from each and every one… you have my word.
Business Resources:
Michael Port – will teach you to build your client base quickly and easily. He’s fantastic. I can’t rave about him enough. http://www.michaelport.com/cmd.php?af=425440
Lorrie Morgan-Fierro – will teach you to write copy that sells. She’s brilliant (and funny).

If you are a holistic practitioner or coach and especially if you live in the state of California, you’ve got to check out Rejuvenate Your Practice… a FREE two-day intensive that will knock your socks off. Here’s the link:

Wellness Resources:
I don’t like to use anything with a lot of chemicals on it, especially on my kids. So, I use Arbonne products exclusively – they are worth every penny. (especially the baby line, which I still use on my four year old) – I’ll post a link soon!
If you’re trying to loose weight, www.hungrygirl.com is a tremendous resource (and funny, too). I also recommend checking out www.metobolictyping.com for something interesting and different. I have a separate blogsite for my own weightloss coaching work where I have a lot more resources: www.wellnessforweightloss.com (though admittedly right now I don’t update that site as often as I do this one – but I’ve got some good stuff there).
Resources for Coaches:
I’ve been studying EFT and I am absolutely amazed by the results: http://www.emofree.com/a/?3885
If you are interested in becoming a coach, I would highly recommend the coaching program I took, offered by Billie Frances. www.guidingmindfulchange.com
A tremendous client management tool for coaches can be subscribed to at www.coach-assist.com – it’s got a few things that I would like to see them improve, but overall it’s been a lifesaver for me.
